In particular, it’s revolutionizing our headspace gauge production by improving both speed and quality-ensuring you get the precision you rely on, faster than ever.
Why Swiss Machines Matter:
Swiss CNC machines are celebrated for their precision, repeatability, and ability to handle multiple operations simultaneously. This new addition is our second Swiss machine, complementing the work of our first, which primarily produces die spindles and bullet seating stems. Now, with our new STAR, we’ve doubled our capabilities.
More Flexibility, Better Results
With the constant evolution of bullet profiles, flexibility in production is key. With our new Swiss machine, we are allowed to quickly adapt by producing smaller test runs and ensuring compatibility with challenging profiles before completing full production. This process has been a game-changer compared to the limitations of outsourcing, giving us greater control and ensuring every piece meets the Forster standard.
